We have attended two viewings with Hayley Georgiou Estate Agents as prospective buyers, and both experiences have been excellent. The team has been incredibly knowledgeable about the properties and the local area, answering all of our questions with confidence and professionalism. They were also very engaging throughout the viewings, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and highlighting features that were relevant to us. Benita was brilliant from start to finish.  Having experienced other estate agents, she really made an effort to research everything, so when we came to view she answered our questions and provided additional information about the house, area, and neighbourhood.  She kept us updated after we made an offer and liaised with the vendor for us.  She did a lovely handover to my son on completion, all door keys were laid out and labelled and they ensured the house was left clean and tidy. We are so pleased we used Hayley's agency! Definitely not your average high street estate agent. From start to finish, Hayley and Benita were detailed, so personable, genuinely listened to our requirenents and communication was brilliant. Benita's advice regarding the layout and furnishing of the property contributed to it being under offer within a couple of weeks, and her continued support throughout the sale was equally hands on. We used Hayley Georgiou for our house sale and I engaged Benita's expertise in property staging to stage our property for us, ahead of our open day. From the outset Benita had a clear end result in mind for our open day and our photographs and arrived fully equipped with all the elements required to create her vision; rugs, soft furnishings and wall prints. Benita is super-organised, efficient and driven. She took full control - we didn't have to do anything! We used Hayley Georgiou to sell our house last year.  Our agent, Benita, was from the start professional, enthusiastic and highly organised.  She arranged the open day that we requested and managed the process from start to finish securing two offers on our house. Benita helped me stage my home for sale and I couldn’t believe the difference it made! She came in with clever changes that took it from a cluttered function home to a buyers dream. As we were just starting our divorce, it was very important to both of us, that our personal business was dealt with not only professionally but also with compassion and empathy. So I looked for an independent estate agent rather than a chain as we really wanted a business that we could build a close relationship with, due to the very sensitivity of our situation. Looking around, I saw Hayley's billboard and the always positive reviews on social media, and decided to ask Hayley round. Right from the start,  Hayley showed her professionalism but also a really friendly and caring approach. Her first visit to us, just involved an informal chat. There was absolutely no hard sell or pushing to sign up with her. She was happy to visit whenever we wanted go through our worries and concerns before even signing with her. Hayley has a great team of professionals that she works together with, and along with the home stager and the photographer, our home looked incredible for the photos and the filming. Hayley also arranged to have a viewing day, which meant the least disruption to us, as a busy family of 6 plus 2 dogs ! The day resulted in many viewings and 4 offers, with one being £20k over the asking price. During the whole process from start to finish, Hayley was always available to us, for calls, messaging and visits. She drove the sale without pushing, maybe gently nudging when we needed, picking us up when we were personally wobbling and cheering us on continuously. She really made our very difficult situation of divorce and selling our family home, much, much easier. I wholeheartedly give Hayley a 5* review.
