Job Description:

As a Viewing Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping potential buyers find their dream homes. Your role will involve accompanying clients to property viewings, answering their questions, and providing them with information about the properties and the local area. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany clients to property viewings and provide detailed information about each property.
  • Answer client questions and address any concerns during viewings.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our property listings, including features, benefits, and local amenities.
  • Assist in organising and scheduling property viewings.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our agents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of the local Horsham and West Sussex property market is a plus.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
