Offer Terms & Conditions:
Referrals must be made in writing to [email protected] in advance of the valuation being booked. Valuations must be booked by 31 March 2023, and home sales completed by 31 December 2023 to qualify. When a valuation is completed, the referrer will have their choice of either red or white wine. The wine will be selected by me and delivered to the referrer’s home address. When a sale is completed, the referrer will receive a £100 voucher for the John Lewis Partnership (includes Waitrose). All rewards will be fulfilled within 1 month of the criteria being met. Referrals cannot be honoured retrospectively. There is no limit to the amount of John Lewis vouchers, but the wine gift is capped at 5 per person. I reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time, including if the referrer is misusing the programme. No cash alternative will be offered.
