My Process
1. Discovery Session
I visit your home to find out your property goals, and to ascertain if we would be a good fit. I will provide a full market appraisal including a valuation of your home and a tailored marketing plan, including any suggestions for improvements that could get you a better sale value.
2. Marketing Your Property
Listing on the property portals (e.g. Rightmove, OnTheMarket etc) is just the beginning. I utilise the vast Keller Williams network as well as my own contacts and creative techniques to bring your buyer to you. You can choose from a range of innovative marketing packages including 4K video, 3D floorplans and virtual tours, or keep things simple. It’s your call.
3. Expert Negotiation
I will evaluate and qualify your offers, and negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best sale price possible in the current market.
4. Consistent Communication
Once a deal is negotiated, I’m available 24/7 to guide you through the sales process. My aim is always to make things as smooth and easy for you as possible at every stage.
